"I am happy I was able to save money by switching from Farmer’s to State Farm, however, when I came in to sign my paperwork as a new customer I was kept waiting for almost 30 minutes. Blake did apologize for overbooking his clients but when I finally did come back to sign things, he tried to sell me life insurance which I already have through my company. I wasn’t impressed with the pushiness of that sales pitch after I stated multiple times I do not want life insurance. Blake also called my phone back to back within 3 minutes reminding me of my appointment while I was at work. If people don’t pick up, don’t call them multiple times or they assume it’s an emergency. They also asked me for 5 Texas numbers or e-mail addresses to give them which would earn me an Amazon gift card. I’m unimpressed with trying to farm my co-workers and family members for sales. I hope this change works out but just be a little less aggressive with your sales pitch. I really don’t mean to be hateful because selling is their job. Blake was very nice."

"Never used this company the they,Quoted me one price and then automatically deducted another price 100 dollars more than the quoted price. Then after canceling the policy and going with some one else . They continued to take my money the next month and had the audacity to get an attitude with me when I asked for my 600 dollars back !!! Don’t allow them to help the self to your money!! I’m a single female that could devastate my finances if you take money unplanned from me !!!"
